Ok now the Yarn I bought.
What we have here is:

Plus in the Rare Essentials range (brownish labels) which consists of 50% alpaca, 30% mohair and 20% merino (50g balls)- 1 ball each of the following colors - Misty Raspberry, Misty Sapphire, Misty Persimmon, Misty Grape, Misty Amethyst and Misty Topaz
and in the Homeground collection (maroon and blue labels) consisting of 80% dye free alpaca and 20% wool in 50 gm balls - 2 balls of Brushed snow, 2 balls of Champagne and 1.5 balls of Camel.
All for the princely sum of $7.
What on earth can I do with them?

Seven bucks? Wooo you're a Bargain Queen that's fantastic.
What to knit? hmmm... what about a twinset? Is that possible? Do people knit twinsets?
Failing that I don't think anyone can go wrong with the beanie and scarf ensemble.
You are sounding better today and I must admit I was really worried about you!
What to knit? I like Shell's idea about a throw rug.
