I called again - the phone line was engaged.

and again , and again.

Then I got through.

She said "wait there is something here..." then after what seemed like a terribly long time she came back and said "No they were for someone else".

She has taken my number and promised to call me as soon as they come in.

Hmm, maybe the numbers are sooooo high they are having trouble calculating them? Yeah sure.
