Thanks guys, I think I am doing okay.
Yesterday I had more brown gunky stuff, and at one stage I thought I could see a tinge of pink in it (looking at the right angle), but no cramping or anything. It looks to have stopped again today too.
I have another blood test tomorrow to see if my levels are going up and I have a terrible feeling they aren't. I really don't "feel" pregnant and it scares the hell out of me.
Please hope that against all odds this baby makes it. I figure that whilst there is no red blood and no cramping, then things are still reasonably okay. I am just taking it easy as much as possible and hoping like hell I am wrong in my fears.

Bugsy - I have my fingers crossed that your numbers are rising.
As you know I didn't 'feel' pregnant for a very long time, I don't think that people actually 'feel' pregnant until the baby moves.
Bugsy, I'm glad the brown gunk is disappearing. I'm thinking of you and this little one and have all fingers crossed that your blood work will be fine and that everything is growing and happening normally.
Bugs, I hope that the brown gunk stops really soon and that it is absolutely nothing. I had it for weeks at the beginning with this baby and it is incredibly scary. Keeping my fingers firmly crossed your numbers look great and that they get you in for a scan as soon as possible. Hugs to you.
I'm praying for you Bugsy. Brown gunk - old blood? I never felt pregnant in the early days. It is terribly stressful though so take it easy (oh no! assvice. Please ignore me!)

I had a similar experience with my second baby and it turned out to be nothing to be concerned about - but you can't help but freak out.

Just want to let you know I bled during the 6 week/7 week mark. I had actual red bleeding that wiped off on the toilet paper. I immediately went to the hospital for a check up but everything was fine. Apparently it is not unusual to have a spot of brown/red bleeding around that time. The doctors cannot explain why but it is quite common around that time. Please try not to worry yourself too much and stay put. I hope the blood test will give you much assurance that everythign will be okay.
