Merry Christmas

The wedding was wonderful. So beautiful and relaxed and extremely hot. The bride and groom looked so much in love. Her father said in his speech "after 14 years of dating it is about time" to which his daughter just said "we wanted to be sure" and smiled.

The weekend was nice too - I really didn't want to come home to the reality of home and Christmas, but it had to be done.

Hubby has been busily painting the kitchen and bathroom while I am trying my best to make sense of the rest of the house and ensure I have everything for Christmas day.

We are going to have so much food that I should invite people to come help us eat it - Want to drop in?

We have ham, both cold and roasted, beef, lamb, chicken, turkey and pork.

Then we have hot veggies, potato, sweet potato, carrot, corn, peas and pumpkin.

With all the appropriate condiments as well of course.

Dessert is pavlova, fruit salad, brandy snaps, plum pudding , chocolate pudding, icecream and traffic stopper jelly with tiny freddos in it.

Of course there will be lollies, nuts, cheese and crackers and dip.

So I don't think we will starve, do you?

Merry Christmas one and all.

Merrrrrryyyyy Chhhhrriiiiiissstttmmmaaasss!!!
