knit along to the radio

Just a quick one tonight as the computer has been playing up, and right when I am ready to go to bed it starts behaving (grrrrrr)

A radio station here in Melbourne is having a knit-along. Every day they reveal a few more rows of the pattern. They don't tell you what you are knitting - it is a mystery. Cool idea. Apparently they have about 3000 knitters knitting along.

The pattern (as much has been revealed) can also be found on their website --> Here

What do you think is being knitted? A toy elephant is my guess, although they might surprise me.

Reason #3 to be Happy : "Even tiresome things can be enjoyable if you look at them right. Getting caught in a rainstorm gives you wet shoes, but also the chance to watch the complex pattern of perfect circles that raindrops spread across the puddles. You can change your shoes when you get home, but you'd never see the beauty of the water if you had stayed inside."

That's the pattern that I'm knitting at the moment. I'm doing it in a really pretty, bright orange.

The mystery project is going to be an elephant. I have both sides done and have almost finished the tummy section.
